Mandalay Cat Breeders in New Zealand
The Mandalay breed in New Zealand started originally from accidental out cross matings of domestic cats bred to burmese cats. From those 2 original breeders an increasing number of breeders added the wider range of colours to the traditional Burmese range. The coat texture is slightly more silky in texture than the Burmese and eye colour is generally deeper. For body type and temperament, refer to the Burmese.
